Fusion Technology Solutions was formed in 2005 with the mission of offering trustworthy, business-focused IT solutions and technical expertise to SME businesses. We offer a comprehensive range of technology services which help to manage risk and deliver measurable value in a time-sensitive and cost-effective manner.

Many of our clients are professional service companies such as accountants, solicitors and marketing firms, but we support many other organisations from a wide range of industry sectors.

Tim
Tim
Tim has worked in the IT industry for 21 years. His early commercial experience was with an Essex-based IT support company where he quickly progressed to be their lead engineer, managing projects for their business clients.
James
James
James has been working in the industry since 1996. Head-hunted in 2000, James and Tim created an energetic and dynamic company offering IT support services operating in the home counties under the umbrella of a large, corporate company.
Simon
Simon
Has worked in the IT industry since the late 80’s. Simon first started his career working for an Essex-based IT provider, installing and maintaining computers and networks in the fledgling small business IT market.
Dan
Dan
Daniel studied BTEC level 3 in IT Networking at Southend College where he achieved the highest possible grade – a triple distinction. In 2018, Daniel joined our support team as a tier 2 engineer and is currently working towards tier 3.
George
George
George joined Fusion in early 2020 as one of our support engineers, he is currently working as a tier 1 engineer but is also working on his level 4 diploma in cyber security solutions.
Sam
Sam
Sam works in our support team as a tier 1 engineer. He is adaptable and dependable and has shown himself to be a quick learner. Sam was new to the industry when he joined Fusion, having previously worked as a general builder, experience which has proved very useful when working onsite!
Joe
Joe
Joe is currently studying a BTEC level 3 as an information communication technician. His previous professional experiences are in retail and trade.
