Our bot is a key member of the Fusion team. It gives us the ability to offer real-time monitoring and reporting on our client’s networks, servers and workstations. It can detect issues (hardware, software and user) and create tickets on our management solution for us to review, resolve or talk to the client about, allowing Fusion to offer a truly proactive service.
It also has direct benefits to the end user. As well as the peace of mind of a fully managed computer system our clients can interact with us via the monitoring agent installed on their workstation. They can raise tickets, request remote support and send us screen captures directly from the agent.
Our Bot also gives us the facility to better audit our client's solutions, so we are able to provide up to date information on the devices and software in use on their systems. The network probe function regularly scans the network to check for new devices (servers, PC’s, printers, mobile devices, etc.) that are connected to the system, wired, wireless and remote via virtual private networks.
