Support Manager

Working in the IT industry since the late 80's. Simon first started his career working for an Essex based IT provider, installing and maintaining computers and networks in the fledgling small business IT market.

From the late 90's and for over a decade after, Simon provided server, workstation and associated infrastructure support to corporates including the telecoms and hotel industries. Fusion have been able to utilize Simon’s extensive experience and knowledge of enterprise sized companies to bring corporate level solutions to medium and smaller businesses. The diverse environments in which Simon cut his teeth has given him the excellent ability to deal with 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support issues professionally and efficiently. Simon brings with him industry qualifications in Microsoft, Novell and Apple.

He joined Fusion in 2011 in the support department and went on to become the lead engineer. Simon’s experience with support desks in large corporate environments helped Fusion develop their support offering. He has been integral to the implementation of the solution Fusion uses to monitor their clients' systems.

Simon makes the most of his free time enjoying looking after his young family and spending time in his garden. Simon also like to spend time investigating new I.T technologies.
