Support Engineer

Jonny joined Fusion in 2014 as an apprentice. In 2015 he successfully passed his apprenticeship and gained the qualification Pearson BTEC Level 3 Diploma in Professional Competence for IT and Telecoms Professionals (QCF). After completing his apprenticeship he was then offered a full time position as first line support engineer. This role involves answering incoming calls, creating support tickets and going out to clients' sites and offices. Jonny is now working towards the Microsoft MCSA qualification. His interests in his spare time include socialising, automotive shows, sports and gaming.
