James has been working in the industry since 1996. Head-hunted in 2000, James and Tim created an energetic and dynamic company offering I.T support and services operating in the Home Counties under the umbrella of a large, corporate company. Having the opportunity to operate the business with complete discretion, without the concern of profitability, allowed them to focus on creating a business model that concentrated on providing the best levels of service and select products and solutions that would provide their clients with excellent reliability at its centre.

His customer service roles gave him an understanding of the importance of clear and straightforward communication; in an industry full of acronyms and abbreviations, James considers making clear the unintelligible one of the most important parts of his job.

From first-line I.T support, James now focuses on client development and project management, engaging with clients to get the most out of their existing systems and guiding them in the use of new technologies.

In his spare time, James likes to spend time with his family and enjoys driving, table-tennis, woodworking and welding.
