We offer a range of support contracts to suit your business requirements.

From ad-hoc telephone support to 4 hour response on-site contracts, we are able to tailor the contract to your exact requirements. Don’t require a support contract on all of your hardware? Cover just your most important kit and take advantage of our discounted, pre-paid service hours for the rest of your network.

Ad-Hoc Support

Utilise all of our 30 years plus I.T experience to maximise the potential of your existing or new equipment and minimise your business interruption and downtime. Either by telephone or on-site, we can be your very own I.T support team.

Pre-Paid Service

Retain our services for 12 months and receive a discount over our standard hourly rate. Blocks of 5, 10, 15 or 20 hours can be purchased and used for either remote or on-site support and hardware or software services.

Full Maintenance

Tailored to your requirements, Fusion can support and maintain your network as your “In-House” I.T team. Full desktop, server, infrastructure and ancillary support.
